Heritage - Cloughjordan Heritage Group are collecting old photographs of Cloughjordan residents with a view to publishing a book of these photographs next year. Anyone who has photographs they would like to be published please contact Seamus Costello who will copy the photographs and return them safely to their owners. The proceeds of the sale of this book of photographs will go towards the cost of the Thomas MacDonagh Heritage Centre. The Heritage Group are also holding a Table Quiz in the Railway Bar on Friday, 26th October. The Silver Circle draw will also be held on that night.

G.A.A. - Congratultions to Kilruane MacDonaghs players Niall O’Meara, Freddie Williams and Declan Barrett who helped the Divisional side Thomas MacDonaghs retain the North Tipperary Senior Football title. Kilruane MacDonaghs Minor hurlers were beaten by Toomevara in the Championship last Saturday. Next Sunday the U/21 hurlers play Borrisoleigh in the first round of the championship in Moneygall at 3p.m.
