Recent Deaths - The death occurred recently of John Horan, Gurtheenamoe, Rossmore. Sympathy is offered to his son, two daughters, brothers and sisters. Peace to his gentle souls.

Sympathy also to John Coffey, Clune on the death of his mother; to Ester Connors, Ballagh on the death of her father and Tom Maher, Ruan on the recent death of his sister. May they all rest in peace.

Engaged - Congratulations to Mary Ryan, Coolanga and Padraig Costigan on their recent engagement. Mary is second daughter of the late Mai and Andrew Ryan.

Ecopower - Ecopower Developments will hold a public information evening in Rossmore Hall on this Wednesday, 30th January from 5 to 8 p.m. Regarding the proposed construction of 3 turbines at Glenough Lower and Turraheen Lower. All interested parties welcome.

New Sacristan - Bridget Mulhall is now our new sacristan in Clonoulty. We wish her well, her number is (086)0515499, feel free to contact her for anniversaries, Mass cards etc.,
